July 2013
Decatur implemented “Driving License Registration, Issuance, Related Functions and Examination Management” for the Republic of Tajikistan. The project objective was to provide driver’s license by automating the process from registering applicants and conducting theory exams to issuance of license cards. The new system has replaced Tajikistan’s paper-based driver’s license which was prone to damage, fraud, inadequate data and processing delays.
The system is currently operational and is being used for issuing all driver’s licenses in the country. Decatur is now working with GAI to extend the project to incorporate vehicle registration system.
August 2013
Decatur provided "Automated Solution for Production and Distribution of License Plates in Moldova" for The Center of State Information Resources “Registru”, Republic of Moldova.
This solution includes automations for the personalization of high security number plates, printing and embossing services, quality assurance, inventory tracking, packaging, shipment, and delivery of high-security embossed license plates. Plate orders come in from 47 registration offices, personalization of plates is done in Registru’s head office in Chisinau, and the plates are then sent back to the respective offices for delivery.

The Department of Health, Washington State, USA wanted a Medical Marijuana Authorization System and Registry for the registration of medical marijuana users, the issuance of ID card by dispensaries and a comprehensive authorization and monitoring system. Decatur came up with special features to strengthen the security of the user card while keeping its implementation simple and cost-effective for small business owners.
