Oversees business strategy and overall execution of operations. Michel previously worked as Chief Operations Officer of Atlas Accelerator, the largest venture accelerator in the US with investments in over 100 companies. Michel was the president of Seet International Ventures Inc. (SIVI), an incubator of technology companies. In 2002, Michel co-founded VoloMedia, a platform for the distribution of media and integrated advertising to portable devices. Prior to VoloMedia, Michel was CFO at QDesign, the developer of the original QuickTime technology for Apple. Michel is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies.
Specializes in signal and image processing, and pattern recognition in biometric applications. Andrey has developed and supervised our fingerprint recognition algorithm. He also developed and supervises other biometric matching modalities such as our, iris, finger vein, palm print and facial recognition systems. He previously developed one of the first speech and speaker recognition engines in Russia.
Specializes in software engineering, algorithms development, and business management. Galina has over 30 years experience in the industry. She joined Decatur in 2011 after working at Oracle as a Principal Application Engineer, where she designed and developed software for various OS and software/hardware architectures. Galina has developed four successful full-cycle software projects in the US. She previously worked as the Business Manager at Aladdin Software Security in Russia, and had led the company's triumphant reorganization during a major financial crisis in the country. She now manages our projects, and develops biometric algorithms and software.
Ilia joined Decatur in 2015 after specializing in classical and quantum materials simulations during his graduate and postdoctoral studies. He is currently contributing to and improving Decatur’s fingerprint and iris matching algorithms. He was the winner of the Distinguished Masters Thesis Award 2010-2011 from the University of Minnesota. Ilia also has 10 publications and has presented at various conferences across the world.
